“As you know when a company is starting up a new venture it needs the support of it vendors to help make it a success. Your company picked up a container from Newton on 05/13 to be delivered to me on 05/24. On Tuesday 5/21 we found out that due to the holiday weekend an order on that container had to be delivered to the customer Friday 5/24.

I emailed Adele late Tuesday night asking if there was any way the container could be delivered to me on Thursday. She got right back to me and said that best guess she could get it delivered late Thursday. Not only did she get the truck here on Thursday, it was on my dock at 7:00am. Adele also followed up with me Thursday morning to make sure all went well.

Due to the tremendous effort put forth by Adele and your team we were able to ship the order Thursday night. I am happy to say that the order was delivered to my customer earlier today. Michael, it is very comforting to know that we have the support of Ship Transportal to help us make our new DC a success.
